Shipping Policy

Delivery Area

Delivery depends on what you order:

• All items are delivered within Bangalore.
• Long-shelf and shelf-stable items can also be shipped to nearby places outside Bangalore.

If you’re outside Bangalore, message us before ordering to confirm whether we can ship to your location.

Delivery Timelines

Since fresh items are made to order, delivery isn’t instant. After you place an order, we’ll confirm an estimated delivery or shipping date with you directly over WhatsApp or phone.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is currently free on all orders within Bangalore. For shipments outside Bangalore, we’ll let you know the shipping cost before confirming your order.

Order Updates

We don’t yet offer live order tracking - we’ll keep you updated on your order’s status over WhatsApp instead.

If Delivery Fails

If we’re unable to deliver your order (for example, if you’re unreachable at the delivery address), we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery.
