About V Foods

V Foods is a home-based food business making fresh, homemade snacks and sweets to order.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. Products are subject to availability - if something you’ve ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we’ll contact you before preparing the rest of your order.

Orders

Placing an order is a request to purchase, not a guaranteed acceptance. We may cancel or refuse any order - for example if an item is out of stock, if your delivery address is outside the area we currently serve, or if we suspect an order is fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, you’ll receive a full refund.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Orders are prepared only after payment is confirmed.

Delivery

All items are delivered within Bangalore. Long-shelf and shelf-stable items can also be shipped to nearby places outside Bangalore - see our Shipping Policy for details. Estimated delivery timelines are shared with you directly after your order is confirmed.

Limitation of Liability

We take care in preparing every order, but we are not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our control (for example, courier delays or an incorrect address provided at checkout).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
